Summary
The Trainee Management Accountant supports the Finance
function in delivering accurate financial information, maintaining effective
controls, and assisting with the preparation of management accounts. This
entry-level role provides exposure to all key areas of hotel finance, including
reconciliations, reporting, cost analysis, and operational support.
Working closely with the Senior Management Accountant and
operational teams, the Trainee Management Accountant will build technical
skills and commercial understanding while contributing to reliable financial
processes across the hotel or cluster. This position is designed to support
development towards a fully qualified Management Accountant role.
