Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a DCWorkflow Coordinator/Checker – Night Shift to join our growing Document Checking team, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office.
Document Checking team – Belfast
Document Services consists of the following teams: The Bridge, Document Production, Document Checking, Central Records, Central Scanning and E-Bible, Practice Support, Office Assistants, and the Print Room.
The Document Checking team sits within the Document Services department. Document checkers’ main focus is proofreading documents for the global network, overseeing and working on high-quality documents in accordance with the needs of the department’s clients. This is a nightshift opportunity Monday – Thursday 11.00pm – 9.30am.
What You Will Do
This is a dual role which includes both workflow and checking duties. The workflow coordinator acts as a first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all work in the document checking department is assigned and completed to the highest standard within defined timeframes. The checking role is to ensure provision of a timely and professional document checking, copy editing and proofreading service.
