As the first full-time marketing hire, you will operationalize 100% year-on-year growth by building a scalable demand-generation engine from scratch. You will turn proprietary creator data into industry-defining authority and repeatable enterprise pipeline.

Location: London, UK / Remote

What you will do:

• Design and execute high-impact executive roundtables and invite-only events that drive tangible commercial value.

The ideal candidate:

• 5–10+ years of B2B marketing experience within martech, adtech, or high-growth media technology environments.
• Proven track record as a “player-coach” who can build attribution systems and write copy without needing a large team.
• Commercially minded operator who prioritizes pipeline math and revenue generation over abstract brand theory.
