You will be the vital first link between ambitious entrepreneurs and their future franchise business ownership with Walfinch.

The Daily “Thrive”

• Qualify High-Value Leads: Respond to and vet inbound enquiries from potential franchisees.
• Strategic Prospecting: Use LinkedIn and industry databases to identify and engage with “high-fit” business investors.
• Consultative Sales: Introduce the Walfinch philosophy and the financial rewards of the homecare sector.
• Meeting Coordination: Seamlessly book meetings for the Franchise Developer
• CRM Management: Track all lead activity to ensure a premium candidate experience.

Quick Tip for Candidates: This is not a “volume-based” call centre role. In Franchise Development, we value quality over quantity. We are looking for someone who can hold a sophisticated business conversation about a £120k+ investment, not just someone who can read a script.

Requirements (The Ideal Candidate)

• Experience: 2+ years in B2B Appointment Setting, Business Development, or Recruitment (High-ticket sales or Franchise experience is a massive plus).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English with the ability to influence professionals.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite and Calendly 
• Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with a Hybrid Working structure.
