Role And Responsibilities
- Checking accuracy and validity of incoming invoices.
- Daily and weekly banking reports
- Updating and answering queries from our suppliers.
- Updating internal computer systems.
- Chasing and allocating debtors
- Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger duties – including inputting invoices, allocating payments and payment runs
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Be confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems and most importantly have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience of at least 12 months in a similar role
- The candidate must have purchase ledger experience
- Have a good understanding of Mathematics
- Hold a GCSE qualification of a Grade C or 4 and above in Maths
