Project Manager – North America PlaceOS | Remote (US-based) | Full-time

Our mission is to bring AI to the built environment — connecting the large language models reshaping how we work with the workflow programming that makes buildings actually respond. We sit at the intersection of physical infrastructure and intelligent automation, turning offices, universities, and facilities into spaces that sense, adapt, and act.

PlaceOS is deployed across global enterprise clients — including multinational professional services firms, research universities, mining operations, and financial institutions. We integrate HVAC, AV, access control, sensors, and calendars into a single automation layer — and we’re growing fast in North America.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to own delivery across our US client base and support regional expansion.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise deployments — from scoping through go-live
• Coordinate scheduling, resourcing, and timelines across internal teams and external partners
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for US clients during implementation
• Manage stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and support to keep projects on track and clients happy
• Flag risks early and drive resolution without hand-holding

What we’re looking for

• Background in project management — in SaaS, proptech, AV/IT integration, or enterprise software
• Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments
• Strong communicator — clear, direct, no fluff
• Self-managing and timezone-aware (you’ll work with teams in Australia and the Middle East)
• PMP or similar certification a plus, not required
• The right person matters more to us than a specific number of years on a CV
