What we can tell you: it’s AI native from the ground up. Not AI bolted on. Every core mechanic is built around intelligence, not just automation. If you’ve spent your career waiting to work on something where AI is the actual product and not the feature, this is it.
What the role requires
You’ve worked in a funded Series A+ environment. You know what it means to ship under real pressure with real expectations. You’ve built with Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI-native tooling and you don’t go back.
You have a genuine ML and data background. Not just prompt engineering. You understand the mechanics underneath and you know when to use them.
You’ve built or contributed to marketplace systems. Supply, demand, matching, ranking, trust signals. You understand that a marketplace is a data problem as much as a product problem.
What we’re looking for
Someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and has strong opinions about how AI products should actually be built. You’re not waiting for a spec. You write the spec.
