The business has outgrown what the founder can handle alone. We need someone to own the commercial function entirely by setting the strategy, running the P&L, and leading the team. If you’ve been waiting for the role where you genuinely shape the trajectory of a brand, this is it.
You’ll report directly to the founder and work within a tight-knit team of 8 across sales and marketing.
Your mission is to lead the commercial function, acting as the filter between the NAMs and the Founder, driving the business to its next stage of growth.
