– Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
– Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
– Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
– Assist with reservations, cancellations, and changes as needed
– Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
– Handle cash/card transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience

-Help clear up breakfast and stock up

Living in the area would help as starts are 7.30am – 3.30pm and 3.30pm – 11.00pm

Night shifts if wanted 11pm-7;0am

“`Qualifications“`
– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Bilingual proficiency is a plus (English and another language)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Knowledge of basic computer systems and software applications
– Professional appearance and demeanor
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

-Multi skilled and able to handle small bar

The Hotel is 1 small 18 bedroomed Hotel in Bayswater. There will be a mixture of late and early shifts and Night shifts IF you want them. Due to the small size of the Hotel working alone sometimes is necessary. The pay reflects the position been more of a Duty Managers role whilst on shift. Pay increases to £13.50 after 3 months trial.
