Your Responsibilities:
In your first year as a Client Experience Assistant, you will be given full training, support and guidance in
a wide range of aspects. Upon successful completion, you will then have then be given the opportunity
to progress to Team Leader within your building, but first you will:
• Learn about all areas of your role, which include having knowledge of the values of One
Avenue, your colleagues, your building, the clients in your building and the local area.
• Complete all internal training modules from the One Avenue Learning Academy, allowing you to
become a well rounded individual in the business.
• Attend external training, including First Aid and Fire Warden, allowing you to gain the necessary
qualifications to keep your clients and building safe.
• Provide an exceptional workplace experience for our clients, conducting daily walk rounds to
ensure every aspect of the building is up to the highest of standards.
• Develop skills in receptionist work, giving our clients the warmest of welcomes on a daily basis,
as first impressions count.
• Take part in the moving in and out of clients to your building, learning skills in IT set up and
office interior design.
• Answer and handle client queries in a polite and friendly manner, developing communication
and interpersonal skills.
• Organise considered and themed events, ensuring the clients within your building are
entertained and engaged.
This is a multi-faceted role, where business needs, objectives and demands continuously change,
meaning you will be provided with the opportunity to gain a plethora of experience in all aspects of a
business setting. This role is perfect for a driven and sociable led individual who has an eagerness to
learn.
You will have:
Knowledge and Experience
• Experience in a service or retail led role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to answer emails professionally
