The Opportunity

This is not a conventional VP Product role.

This is about owning and reshaping how a highly regulated, operationally complex environment functions at scale through data, AI, and product-led thinking.

You will take ownership of a critical product domain and play a central role in:

• Defining how data is leveraged in high-stakes environments
• Embedding AI into decision-making at the point of action
• Designing products that are deeply integrated into real-world workflows

The Role

As a senior product leader, you will:

• Own a major product domain (vision → strategy → execution → adoption)
• Define and deliver data-led and AI-enabled platform capabilities
• Build products that operate within regulated, compliance-heavy environments
• Ensure solutions meet expectations around:
• Accuracy
• Auditability
• Traceability
• Drive adoption at scale across organisations, regions, and user groups
• Lead and scale high-performing product teams and leaders
• Partner across engineering, data, and commercial functions to drive outcomes
• Shape product operating models, governance, and decision-making frameworks

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a senior, commercially-minded product leader who has operated in complex environments.

You will likely have:

🧠 Product Leadership at Scale

• Experience as VP Product / Head of Product / Product Director within enterprise SaaS or platform environments
• A track record of owning multi-product or domain-level strategy

⚙️ Regulated / Operational Experience

• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy industries (e.g. pharma, eMAR, clinical systems, fintech)
• Strong understanding of workflow-critical systems where reliability is essential

📊 Data & AI Capability

• Experience building or leading data-led or AI-enabled products
• Ability to translate data into commercial and operational outcomes

📈 Commercial Impact

• Proven delivery of measurable outcomes (ARR growth, adoption, efficiency gains, etc.)
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence at executive level

🌍 Adoption & Scale

• Experience driving product adoption across organisations, regions, or global user bases
• Ability to embed products into real-world workflows — not just ship features

Highly Relevant Experience

• Electronic record systems (eMAR, EHR, LIMS, or similar)
• Regulated data environments (GxP, ISO, compliance frameworks)
• Balancing innovation with governance and risk
