We work alongside our clients to shape strategy, drive transformation and deliver measurable results, and we invest just as strongly in the development of our people.Our Firm‑wide People Development Center of Excellence designs and delivers development experiences that support career progression, leadership capability and long‑term performance across all levels of the firm.The roleWe are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to manage the operational delivery of our firm‑wide Manager and above (Leadership) development curriculum.This role sits within the Firm‑wide People Development Centre of Excellence and is critical to ensuring that leadership and management programmes are delivered smoothly, consistently and to a high standard across the firm.You will work closely with senior stakeholders, internal programme owners and external partners to deliver complex learning programmes in a fast‑paced, professional environment.Key responsibilitiesOwn the end‑to‑end operational management of the firm‑wide Manager and above training curriculum, including leadership and advanced management programmesCoordinate programme planning, scheduling, enrolment, communications and delivery for virtual, blended and classroom‑based learningAct as the central operational interface between programme leads, senior stakeholders, faculty and external providersEnsure programmes are delivered in line with the firm’s high standards, competency frameworks and development modelsManage learning platform, evaluations and reportingTrack feedback and operational insights to support continuous improvement of the curriculum and participant experienceSupports the firm’s career development and performance management strategy, ensuring career and performance templates, guidance and materials are up to date, consistently applied, and underpinned by relevant training to deliver a strong user experienceFrequent travel to domestic and international locationsWhat we’re looking for3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or People DevelopmentExperience with career developmentExperience gained in a professional services, consulting or similar complex matrix organisationProven track record of managing the operations of development programmesWillingness to travel Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior leaders and partnersExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAble to use initiative and solve problems with limited supportComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, international environmentWhy work for us?BearingPoint provides a highly competitive and flexible benefits package designed to support employee well-being, career development, and work-life balance.
