About The Role
Sessional Tutors will be central to the delivery of six bold intervention strands that tackle systemic barriers to learning and employment through creative and community-rooted learning models. You will work under the direction of Programme Managers and contribute to one or more of the following strands:
Across all strands, we are embedding digital capability, media literacy and creative communication skills as essential tools for confidence, voice and progression.
You will:
Plan and deliver high-quality, learner-centred teaching and assessment in your subject area.
Integrate core Essential Skills (the 7 Cs: communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, community awareness, computer literacy, and self-management).
Contribute to inclusive learning environments that prioritise confidence, wellbeing, and progression.
Collaborate with community navigators, peer mentors, and grassroots organisations to boost learner engagement.
Adapt delivery to meet the diverse needs of under-served economically inactive learners.
