About This Role
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join Maiden Erlegh School in Reading. This role provides classroom supervision during teacher absence, ensuring continuity of learning through the delivery of work set by teaching colleagues. You will maintain a structured and purposeful learning environment so that students remain engaged, behaviour expectations are upheld and learning continues consistently.
