Navateet Brentwood is seeking experienced and professional Front of House team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment. This role is ideal for confident hospitality professionals who take pride in guest experience and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Deliver excellent table service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
• Handle payments and operate POS systems efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable front-of-house area
• Manage guest queries, special requests, and resolve issues calmly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous Front of House experience essential (restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident, well-presented, and approachable
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of food, drinks, and hospitality standards is an advantage
