About The Post
Assistive Living Technologies – Telecare Responder
Permanent – 1 x 28 hour per week
Shift pattern working 4 shifts on, followed by 4 off. Shift pattern is x2 A fters (2pm-10pm) then x2 Nights (10pm-6am)
( weekend working and night enhancements payable and expected to swap to or cover other shifts on occasion)

Your role in our journey
As a Telecare Responder within Assistive Living Technologies you’ll be an important part of the nationally accredited team that provid es a 24/7 Monitoring Centre , Response and Installation Team.
You will provide round the clock support to vulnerable service users ensuring they get the help they need as soon as possible for example , after a fall. You will respond to vulnerable service users in Barnsley and work in partnership with stakehol d ers with a common goal to promote the independence of vulnerable adults .
What you’ll need
To join us, you’ll need a relevant Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care, experience in a customer focused environment with excellent communication skills and knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable adults.
