Job Overview
We are building a high-performing live team to deliver TikTok Shop LIVE campaigns for leading brands. This role sits within the Live Strategy team, with a strong focus on data analysis, performance optimisation, and revenue growth.
This is not a purely operational role — it is a data-informed, commercially driven position, responsible for analysing live performance in real time and translating insights into actions that directly impact GMV, ROI, and traffic efficiency.
The role is primarily studio-based and hands-on during live sessions. It does not follow a traditional 9–5 structure or a typical data analyst setup — it requires real-time decision-making in a fast-paced, live environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse key live metrics including GMV, GMV per hour, AOV, conversion rate, traffic sources, and ad ROI (LIVE GMV Max). Identify performance drivers and implement real-time optimisation strategies to maximise revenue and efficiency.
Support the development of livestream strategies based on historical data and performance trends — including product sequencing, pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, and incentive structures — with a clear focus on improving conversion and basket value.
Track live performance dashboards during sessions and make rapid, data-led decisions (e.g. adjusting product order, reallocating traffic, refining messaging) to optimise outcomes in real time.
Work closely on paid media (e.g. LIVE GMV Max) to monitor ROI and traffic quality. Adjust budget pacing, targeting, and content alignment to improve traffic efficiency and conversion performance.
Analyse customer behaviour patterns (e.g. drop-off points, dwell time, voucher usage) to refine messaging, urgency tactics, and engagement mechanics that drive checkout.
Collaborate with Production, Creative, and Host teams to ensure all on-screen elements, messaging, and pacing are aligned with performance insights and optimised for conversion.
Deliver structured performance reports after each live, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations. Build a data feedback loop to continuously improve future livestream performance.
