Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

3 X 2 Hybrid

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage a portfolio and assist in supporting the EMEA Collections Team to reduce delinquency while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Someone who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position. Our most successful employees are service oriented and work well as a team player.

Some of the things you will you be doing

• Provide strategic Global Accounts Receivable while delivering superior customer service
• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers
• Create and enable results-driven, continuous improvement culture within the team that looks to win and deliver upon the mission of the company
• Meet performance goals and targets for collection efficiency, and quality
• Support Team performance, coach/develop and assist in assessing training needs
• Assisting account managers in the identification, acquisition, and retention of customers
• Ensuring that customer relations are maintained at a high level
• Review Key Performance Indicator trends and assist in developing plans for improvement

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

• Part Qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Able to form, foster, and maintain strong positive business relationships across multiple business areas
• Ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external customers
• Able to work independently as well as across functional team structures
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective Oral and Written Communications Skills
• Strong Relationship Management skills
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into measurable objectives
