Answer and direct calls
Update patient information on TrakCare
Organise and maintain patient notes
Provide clerical support to the Administration Manager, Senior Charge Nurses and assist the wider team with daily ward administration
Requirements
Admin/clerical and reception experience
Ability to prioritise in a busy Health Service environment
Good English language and communication skills
Organised, reliable, and patient focused
Confident using IT systems (training provided for TrakCare)
