Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems, conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. The role includes working collaboratively to deliver high-quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair of refrigeration systems
- Proficiency in handling CO2 systems and Preventive Maintenance processes
- Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in refrigeration or mechanical engineering
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
- Experience with sustainable refrigeration practices is a plus
