Role Description

Luxottica is seeking enthusiastic Store Managers and Assistant Managers for a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London. Responsibilities include leading daily store operations, guiding and motivating teams to achieve performance goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will ensure compliance with brand standards, manage sales strategies, and contribute to overall business growth. Managing inventory, analyzing sales results, and building a positive store culture are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate employees
• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills to ensure efficient store operations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for creating a positive customer and team experience
• Knowledge of retail metrics and ability to analyze sales data to inform business strategies
• Passion for fashion, luxury, and eyewear is desirable
• Familiarity with sustainability and commitment to ethical business practices is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed
