Production Assistant
Norwich, Norfolk
Full Time – 40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)
£26,437 per hour starting rate, with progression up to £27,560 per hour based on experience, training and performance.
About KSI Technologies Ltd
We are an established and growing manufacturing business in Norwich looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as Production Assistants.
This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing operations and helping maintain production flow.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting with assembly and production tasks
- Preparing materials and components for manufacture
- Packing and handling finished goods
- Supporting machine operators and skilled staff
- Carrying out quality checks on own work
- Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
- Assisting across different production areas as required

- Reliable with good attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Manufacturing experience helpful but not essential
