Overview
A dynamic, field-based role focused on driving the adoption and growth of digital service platforms within the veterinary sector. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and enabling partners to leverage digital tools to improve outcomes and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand digital platform adoption
- Drive onboarding and engagement of veterinary clinics and partners
- Build and manage long-term relationships across a large, diverse territory
- Deliver product demonstrations and training to ensure effective platform usage
- Manage and grow a portfolio of up to 750 client accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Key Accounts) to deliver integrated solutions
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategy
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, SaaS, or tech-enabled services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused, results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
