This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Refurbishment Manager to lead the refurbishment and turnaround of vacant residential properties, ensuring they’re returned to market quickly, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard.You’ll be the driving force behind the re-let process—diagnosing defects, coordinating remedial works, and managing contractors to deliver high-quality results within tight timeframes.
