Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and relationship-focused Junior Business Development Executive to support learner mobilisation and employer engagement across our funded programmes.
This role is best suited to someone who already has experience in learner recruitment, outreach, employability, employer engagement, apprenticeship or bootcamp enrolment, or funded training environments, and who is comfortable working across both community-led mobilisation and employer-facing activity.
This role has two core areas of focus:
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being externally focused, building local networks, managing active pipelines, and turning outreach activity into enrolments, interviews, and outcomes.
