The post holder will need to prioritise the many demands of this role and work to tight timescales, whilst maintaining the required standards.
The key part of the role is to maximise room usage and providing front of house services for meetings, training days and conferences that are held in the PGEC. This includes setting up rooms and equipment as required.
The post holder will also provide administrative support for medical education, predominately to the operations and quality manager, deputy medical education manager and the strategic medical education manager, but this could include the wider medical education team at busy times.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, who possess excellent communication and persuasion skills at all levels, organisation skills and initiative to manage a varying workload across the year.
You will have strong communication skills verbally and written. You will be able to liaise and communicate with senior personnel. You will be able to manage and organise a busy workload with support, but have the initiative to work independently on work, whilst assisting colleagues as needed in a busy medical education working environment.
We are ideally looking for someone with previous front facing customer service experience.
For further information, please see the attached trust job description and person specification for a full list of duties and responsibilities.
