We’re looking for an experienced Supporter Care Officer to deliver a warm, professional service to our supporters. You’ll handle donation queries, process income accurately and write thoughtful, tailored thank you messages that help build long‑term supporter relationships.

You’ll be confident dealing with payments and financial queries, have a strong eye for detail and take pride in getting things right first time. Working closely with fundraising colleagues across the organisation, you’ll make sure supporters receive timely, high‑quality responses while meeting regulatory and data protection requirements.
