Role Description

As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting teams with project-related technical tasks, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. The position also includes supporting the communication flow between technical teams and clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions to meet business and customer needs.

• Proficiency in Technical Assistance and Technical Support tasks
• Strong Analytical Skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Flexibility in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational abilities
• Experience in the construction or housing industry is a plus
