The Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director – Group Operations to lead and scale the operational backbone of Wireless Logic.

This role is accountable for the end-to-end operational performance of the business, ensuring that we can sell, deliver, bill, support, comply and govern effectively at scale. You will play a critical role in enabling growth while ensuring operational control, consistency, and resilience across a complex, international organisation.

Reporting to the CEO & Founder and working in close partnership with the wider executive leadership team this role ensures alignment between service delivery, platform reliability and change, supporting a high-availability, regulated and product-led business.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role requiring strong commercial, operational and governance expertise.

What You’ll Be Responsible For – You will lead end-to-end operational performance across the business, including:

Operational Leadership & Scale

• Own the performance of the operational model across customer service, commercial lifecycle and business operations
• Translate strategy into scalable, repeatable execution
• Ensure operations are predictable, efficient and auditable

Customer Experience & Service Delivery

• Own the customer service model and experience outcomes
• Ensure consistent delivery against SLAs and service standards
• Protect customer experience through growth and change

Commercial Lifecycle & Revenue Integrity

• Ensure the business can contract, fulfil and bill at scale with accuracy
• Drive improvements in revenue assurance, billing accuracy and margin performance
• Partner closely with Finance to align operational execution with financial outcomes

Business Operations & Systems

• Lead the evolution of internal systems and processes to support scale
• Reduce complexity and fragmentation across the operating model
• Ensure systems are secure, compliant and enable efficient execution

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Own operational governance and assurance across the organisation
• Ensure regulatory, audit and ESG requirements are embedded and managed
• Maintain confidence with regulators, customers and the Board

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Product and Go-To-Market teams to ensure offerings are operationally scalable
• Act as the operational counterpart to Technology, aligning service delivery with platform evolution
• Lead cross-functional decision-making across customer, commercial and operational priorities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (MD / COO / VP Operations)
• Strong background in telecoms, IoT, SaaS or subscription-based environments
• Track record of building and scaling complex operating models internationally
• Deep understanding of commercial lifecycle (contract-to-cash)
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth businesses is highly desirable
