Customer Solution Specialist – Contractor Desk Full Time

Contract: Permanent | 35 hours per week

Working hours: Monday-Sunday between 6am and Midnight (including weekends and Bank Holidays)

At RAC, we’re all about being there for our customers when they need us most and we’re looking for a Customer Solution Specialist – Contractor Desk to join our welcoming CSC team at Salford Quays. What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be at the heart of our Contractor Desk, speaking with customers, RAC patrols, contractors and flatbed drivers. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, sharing key updates such as ETAs, gathering essential information and ensuring everyone has what they need before arriving at a breakdown.

You’ll also be responsible for meeting SLA and KPI targets, including productivity, downtime and complaint compensation. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that works together to achieve the best outcomes.

• Are comfortable using multiple systems and have good PC and keyboard skills
