New Business Sales Director – Receivables Finance Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a proven dealmaker to drive growth in pure receivables finance. This is a front-line origination role focused on unlocking working capital for SMEs and mid-to-large corporates through structured receivables funding solutions.

You’ll sit at the heart of the market, working closely with brokers, debt advisors, and intermediaries to originate and close high-quality transactions, while building a strong and repeatable pipeline. If you understand receivables finance deeply and know how to turn opportunities into funded deals, this is a strong platform to do it at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Originate and close new receivables finance transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, advisors, and introducers
• Structure tailored funding solutions secured against client receivables
• Own the full deal lifecycle from first conversation through to completion
• Work closely with credit and risk teams to assess debtor quality and structure facilities
• Represent the business in the market and stay close to industry developments

What You Bring

• Proven track record in receivables / invoice finance origination
• Strong network within broker and intermediary channels
• Experience structuring deals, not just generating leads
• Strong understanding of credit risk and debtor analysis
• Commercial mindset with sound deal judgement
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
